Voluntary Participation

Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving dental care or purchasing services. Providing your telephone number alone does not constitute consent to promotional text messages.

We do not currently send promotional text messages. If we introduce them, we will obtain any required separate marketing consent before sending them.

Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out.

Opting out of text messaging does not cancel an appointment or otherwise change your relationship with our practice. Please call our office for scheduling changes or to arrange another method of communication.

Text messages may be visible to anyone with access to your device and may not be secure. Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment card details, or detailed medical information by ordinary text message. Contact our office for an appropriate way to provide sensitive information.

Text messaging is not monitored continuously and should not be used for emergencies or urgent clinical needs. For a medical emergency, call 911.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and updating the date above. Any material expansion of the messaging program will be subject to additional notice or consent where required.
